Repant works with service partners in all market sectors, chosen on the basis of their responsibility for major portions of other shop equipment and the fact that they are affiliated with professional, nationwide service organizations in the respective countries where they conduct business.

Repant maintains continual contact with its service partners, as well as regular follow-up and training focusing strongly on the improvement of products in the market as a result of feedback from service technicians and customers. Repant also has its own specialists available to follow up customer needs whenever required.

In addition, service partners have been trained and have access to Repant's Backoffice system for troubleshooting and diagnosing machines from the partners' own support offices.
